Spinach Puffs

1 pound cooked spinach, well-drained
16 ounces feta cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Italian herbs
4 sheets of puffed pastry

Preheat oven to 400° F. Mix spinach, feta, parmesan, and herbs in a large bowl. Cut each pastry sheet into six squares. Divide the spinach mixture evenly and put a ball in the middle of each square. Fold up the corners and seal. Bake for 14 minutes, until done. Makes 24.
