Mincemeat Tarte
butter
2 pints Mincemeat
Pie Crust (see recipe or use Trader Joe’s)
powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter tarte pan. Place the pie crust in the bottom of the pan. Pour in two jars of mincemeat. Top with lattice or use cookie cutters for holiday shapes.
Bake for 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Serve warm or refrigerate. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
