Apple Ginger Fizz

1 shot River Hill Bourbon 
1 teaspoon apple butter 
Fever Tree Ginger Ale
Crushed Ice
Apple to garnish

Stir together bourbon and apple butter. Top with ice and ginger ale. Garnish with an apple slice.


River Hill Sunrise

1 shot River Hill Bourbon 
1 shot Cointreau 
3 dashes of orange bitters 
Ice
Orange slice

Put bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.


River Hill Old Fashion

Orange peel
1 shot River Hill Bourbon 
1/2 a shot of simple syrup or RxSugar, Organic Keto Liquid Sugar
1 dash Angostura Bitters 
Large Ice Cube
3 maraschino cherries

Muddles orange peel in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. Stir. Add ice and top with cherries.


Blue Ridge Sunset

1 shot River Hill Corn Whiskey
2 shots of Blue Curacao 
1/2 a shot of simple syrup or RxSugar, Organic Keto Liquid Sugar
Ice
Orange slice

Put whiskey, Blue Curacao, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with an orange slice.


Horse’s Neck

long spiral of lemon peel 
1 shot River Hill Rye
Fever Tree Ginger Ale 
2 dashes of Angostura bitters   
Ice

Place the spiral lemon peel in a highball glass, securing one end of the peel over the lip of the glass, like a horse’s neck. Add ice cubes, bourbon, ginger ale, and bitters. Give a stir.


Shenandoah Sour

1 shot River Hill 100 Bourbon
1/2 shot of peach brandy
1/2 shot applejack
1/2 a shot of simple syrup or RxSugar, Organic Keto Liquid Sugar
1 egg white
Ice
Fever Tree Club Soda

Put bourbon, brandies, syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a martini glass. Top off with club soda.


Peach Cobbler

1/2 cup River Hill Bourbon
1/2 cup peach brandy
3 cups ginger ale
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 fresh peach
6 mint sprigs

Muddle sliced peach, mint, and vanilla in the bottom of a large pitcher. Stir in Bourbon, brandy, and ginger ale. Fill pitcher with ice and serve over ice with a mint sprig.


Champagne Cocktail

1/2 shot River Hill Bourbon 
1/2 a shot Cointreau 
1 dash Angostura Bitters 
1 dash of Peychaud’s Bitters 
French champaign
3 maraschino cherries

Add bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters to a champagne glass. Stir well and top off with champagne and a cherry.


Cranberry Punch

1 cup River Hill Corn Whiskey
32 ounces real cranberry juice
3 cans Zenia Lemon Lime Twist
2 cups fresh cranberries
ice

Mint sprigs to garnish

Put River Hill Corn Whiskey, Cranberry juice, fresh cranberries and Zevia in large punch bowl. Fill the remainder of the bowl with ice.

Add more River Hill Corn Whiskey to taste, if necessary. Just be careful. It’s 100 proof.
