Thousand Island Dressing

1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup organic ketchup
1/4 cup sweet relish
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1/2 medium finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Put all ingredients in a blender. Pause until blended. Serve cold.
