Roasted Chicken Quarters

chicken quarters (leg and thigh)
garlic salt or other salt-based seasoning

Preheat over to 450° F. Coat chicken on both sides with garlic salt. Place on foil-lined baking pan side up. Cook for 35-40 minutes, until done. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Grill Alternative
Use an outdoor grill or smoker. Cook to an international temperature of 195° F.
