1 cup Organic Indian Basmati rice
2 cups Coconut milk with cream (canned)
Fresh parsley
Instructions
STEP ONE
Rinse the rice.
STEP TWO
In an instant pot, add rice and coconut milk. If the can is less than 16 ounces, add water to make up the difference.
STEP THREE
Pressure cook on the rice setting.
STEP FOUR
Garnish with fresh parsley.
