Waffles

Traditional Waffles

2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup allulose
2 tablespoons baking powder

2 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Mix well. Let sit while the waffle iron heats. Add about 1/3 of a cup of mix to a hot waffle iron. Cook until done. Makes 16 waffles.


Guiltless Keto Waffles

6 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup organic olive oil
teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 pinch of salt

optional: 2 tablespoons cinnamon, allulose maple syrup, or raw honey

Mix eggs, cream, and vanilla. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Add about 1/3 of a cup of mix to a hot waffle iron. Cook until done. Makes 8 waffles.
