Baked Apples

4 apples peeled, cored, and wedged 
1/2 cup brandy 
4 star anise
cinnamon to sprinkle

Bake apples with star anise and brandy at 375° F for 45 minutes – stirring every 15 minutes. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
