Sweet Potato Pie

2 cups mashed sweet potato 
2 tablespoons softened butter 
2 eggs 1/2 cup organic brown sugar 
1/2 cup organic white sugar 
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 
1/4 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon vanilla 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pie crust

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a pie pan, and add the crust. Mix the sweet potato, sugars, cream, baking soda, vanilla and spice. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until done.
