Steak and Mushroom Pie

Makes two pies

1 pound grass-fed steak
2 onions
1 jar roasted peppers
2 cups celery
2 cups mushrooms
olive oil

1/4 cup vermouth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 pie crusts

Cook steaks to medium rare and slice thinly.

Dice vegetables. Saute onions, celery, and mushrooms in olive oil until cooked. Deglaze pan with vermouth. Add diced peppers, herbs, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Warm throughout. Add steak. Mix and spoon into pie crust. Cover the top with pie crust.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
