Bananas Foster

6 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup honey
4 – 6 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup spiced rum
cinnamon

whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

 Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat.  Do not let the butter burn.  Add bananas.  Add rum – light with lighter or match — stand back.  Sprinkled flames with cinnamon. Serve hot with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
