Crustless Quiche

olive oil
1/2 cup grated hard cheese
2 cups cooked meat and/or vegetables (bacon, sausage, caramelized onions, spinach, etc.)
1/2 cup cheese of choice
8 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
spices to taste

Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease pie plate.  Sprinkle hard cheese on the bottom of the pan.  Add the meat and/or vegetables and the remaining cheese. Whisk together the eggs, whole milk, spices, and baking powder.  Pour into the pie plate.  

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.  

Check with a toothpick. The center should be just cooked.  Cool for 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
