Black Lentils

2 cups black lentils
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
4 cups beef broth
3 cups chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons Italian herbs

Add ingredients to a pressure cooker. Stir. Cook on high for 8 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes.
