Welsh Rarebit
12 oz cheese
3/4 cup dark beer
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon mustard
dash of black pepper
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
In a double boiler, melt and stir in all ingredients. Serve over toast.
